I trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School situated in Cork, south of Ireland. I attended and passed the 12 week Cookery Course.

The course embraces all aspects of cookery, from the basic principles to advanced professional techniques. In addition to a thorough grounding in cookery, Ballymaloe students are exposed to a total food experience and the high teacher/pupil ratio ensures the maximum level of personal tuition.
We used first-class locally produced ingredients as well as the farm itself we were living on!

I specialise in Wheat-free and Sugar-free Confectionaries. However I also make products with naturally ocurring Gluten. Always with ORGANIC and WHOLESOME ingredients.
I attended a Creative Gluten-Free Workshop at Leiths School of Food and Wine. LTD, London.
